2. How it works

1. If you go back or close the browser during the test,
it will not be completed successfully.
2. Please conduct the test in an environment with a stable internet connection.
If the internet connection is unstable or interrupted,
the test will not be completed. Tests that are not completed successfully
will not have evaluation results.
3. If a connection failure occurs during the training connection status,
please try again.

Please use the Google Chrome browser for smooth utilization of the AI trainer.

Please sign up and create a workspace.
•
You can sign up for the service through email registration or Google registration.
•
Be sure to create the workspace name using the service name.
3.
Please invite members.
💡Only accounts with Super admin and admin privileges can proceed with member
invitations.
💡The following permissions are not used in the AI trainer.
Please invite as "Member" permission.

Members can be invited via email, and you can set permissions when sending invitations

Please allow microphone permission.
•
When initially entering the AI coach screen, you can grant microphone permission.
•
If you haven't allowed microphone permission, click the icon in the Chrome address bar and press the 'Reset Permissions' button.
Changing microphone settings during the test may disrupt the normal progress of the test.
5.
Please update the FAQ document.
•
Click on the Q&A List menu.
•
Enter the FAQ data used by the company according to the format and upload it.

For a large number of FAQs - Register with Excel

AI will conduct conversations and evaluations based on the registered FAQ data.
•
You can selectively edit documents by choosing the ones that require modification and use the checkbox button for batch deletion.

Please select an AI persona
💡Tips for Persona Creation!
- The "Persona Name" data is not used for AI learning.
- You can only set one AI persona at a time.
- It is recommended to enter the product category in the "AI Description" in persona
details settings.
(e.g., Purchased clothing, Purchased electronics, etc.)

Click on the 'AI Persona' menu.

You can create and select the desired AI persona (AI personality type) to conduct training tailored to your service.

Create from a template - "I want to use a predefined template!”

You can use the "Sales" and "Customer Service" templates by default.

You can also modify the content of the default templates.

Create with automatic creation function - "I want to automatically create a persona based on a situation!"

You can create a persona with the desired situation and also modify the automatically generated persona.
▪
It may take 5 to 20 seconds for the generation process, and you can edit the auto-generated persona afterward.

Create by entering directly - "I want to create a persona myself!"

You can create a persona directly through detailed settings.
7.
Please choose the training item.

Click on the 'AI Training Test' menu on the left.
•
Select the document that requires training from the registered FAQ list.

Prepare for training.
•
Select the document, and when you are ready, click the "Start Test" button.
9.
Connect the training.
•
While the training is connecting, the button will change to "Connecting Training.."
10.
Start training
💡During the conversation with AI, if it gets noisy in your surroundings or
you want to temporarily pause voice input, you can use the [Microphone] icon
on the right to toggle it ON/OFF.

Once the test connection is complete, greet the AI as you would with a real customer.

After the response is complete, the AI will naturally continue the conversation, and the counseling training will proceed.
3. How to Check Training Results
💡Only accounts with Super admin and admin privileges can view overall training results.
💡Individual results can be viewed regardless of permissions.

Training results can be viewed by clicking on the left "AI Training Result" menu or by using the "View training results" button after the training is completed.
