Persona?

In simple terms, it means defining roles before a playwright performs a play.
In other words, the process of "setting a persona" involves informing the AI about the specific situation and role to act, akin to instructing the AI on the scenario and roles, while also describing the role of the counterpart actor.
Essentially, persona configuration can be done in three ways.
Create from a template
You can use predefined values for common customer service and sales persona configurations.
Create with automatic creation function
AI can automatically generate a persona based on provided scenarios.
Create by entering directly
You can manually input detailed information to create a persona.
Persona configuration is recommended to begin by generating a persona with the Create with automatic creation function and then making modifications through detailed settings.
To better understand personas, it's helpful to first grasp the "Create by entering directly" screen, which is available for confirmation even during detailed settings.
If you have understood the detailed settings, proceed with the initial creation using the Create with automatic creation function
You can supplement any lacking parts in the subsequently generated content through detailed settings. If you specify emotions in the "AI Description" , you can differentiate and test AI responses. (e.g., Angry customer, Impatient customer)
